take a cup of maida
then add A Pinch of baking powder
and A Pinch of baking soda
then add a teaspoon sugar according to taste
than took a Pinch of salt
now mix them all and make a dough
now keep the dough 20 minute for resting
covering it with a Malmal cloth
now prepare Chhole from matar
for the gravy we have to took first tomatoes
grind the tomatoes
now took the onions
grind them also
making the paste of both of them
now took all the paste of tomatoes and onion on to the fry pan
now fry the paste by cumin seeds
deep frying of tomato and onion paste then add some water to them and the amount of matar
then add jeera powder powder some little butter on to the fry pan
now the Chhole from matar ready for serving
Put some butter on naan also and a little garlic and corriender while making naan on tandoor
