Ingredients

  • Maida 1 cup


  • Sugar 1 tea spoon


  • Salt 2 tea spoon


  • Baking powder1 pinch


  • Baking soda1 pinch


  • Garlic 1 pinch


  • yellow matar 2 cups


  • Matar mashala 1 tea spoon


  • Corriender 1 cup


  • Oil 2 cup


  • Onion 2


  • Tomatoes 2


  • Butter 2 tabal spoon


  • green chilli 2

Directions

  • take a cup of maida
  • then add A Pinch of baking powder
  • and A Pinch of baking soda
  • then add a teaspoon sugar according to taste
  • than took a Pinch of salt
  • now mix them all and make a dough
  • now keep the dough 20 minute for resting
  • covering it with a Malmal cloth
  • now prepare Chhole from matar
  • for the gravy we have to took first tomatoes
  • grind the tomatoes
  • now took the onions
  • grind them also
  • making the paste of both of them
  • now took all the paste of tomatoes and onion on to the fry pan
  • now fry the paste by cumin seeds
  • deep frying of tomato and onion paste then add some water to them and the amount of matar
  • then add jeera powder powder some little butter on to the fry pan
  • now the Chhole from matar ready for serving
  • Put some butter on naan also and a little garlic and corriender while making naan on tandoor
